One Utah Health Collaborative

Jaime Wissler is a seasoned public servant with 25 years of experience coordinating with industry partners, and local, state, and federal governments. Jaime has honed his collaborative skills as a listener, communicator, and rapport builder during his career.

Jaime is a compassionate leader and enthusiastic about affordable, high-quality, trusted healthcare. His regular interaction with marginalized and vulnerable populations throughout his federal law enforcement career inspired him to pursue a fulfilling role as Executive Director of the One Utah Health Collaborative.

Jaime is a lifelong Utahn, is married to an elementary school teacher, and together they have four children. Outside the workplace, he enjoys skiing, fishing, and cycling.

One Utah Health Collaborative is a community-owned nonprofit organization launched by Governor Spencer Cox several years ago. The goal of the Collaborative is to address the rising costs of healthcare for individuals, families, and employers, while also improving the quality of care. In Utah, healthcare premiums are growing at a rate almost three times the rate of family income, and 86% of Utahns are worried about affording healthcare in the future. It is also a No. 1 concern for Utah employers. In addition to affordability, the Collaborative is focused on improving many other aspects of healthcare including quality, accessibility, trust, innovation, and efficiency.
