Student Membership
Student Member: A full-time student currently enrolled in 12 or more credits at any college or university in the State of Utah.
While a Student Member may participate on committee assignments, he or she shall not be a voting member or eligible to serve as an Association Officer.

Individual Membership
A Utah resident who directly works in any capacity of medical practice management, regardless of practice size. This includes positions such as: Medical Practice Administrator, Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, Center Manager, Office Manager, Executive Director, CEO, etc.
You can sign up for 10 Individual Memberships and receive 1 free.

Associate Membership
An associate member is an individual who has a Utah presence by working in an ancillary or supporting capacity to Utah-based medical practice operations.
An associate member may serve as directed by the Executive Committee, but may not vote or be eligible to serve as an Association Officer.
