Invitation to Exhibitors MGMA Utah Annual Conference
We would like to invite you to join us at our annual UMGMA conference to be held each May. At last years conference, we had over 130 medical management professionals in attendance. Thanks to our incredible attendees and the exceptional involvement from our exhibitors in past conferences, we are growing every year!
We would also like to invite you to attend the General Session presentation and also participate in the break-out session workshops. Exhibitors may also attend the pre-conference event at an additional charge (TBD). This will allow you to have more contact with attendees and be able to participate in the discussions. We appreciate your continued support of MGMA Utah. If you decide to exhibit at this years conference, you will receive a full packet of information detailing out everything you need to know as an attendee and exhibitor.

Please note that schedules from conference to conference change each year based on location, keynote speakers, breakout sessions and a variety of other circumstances. You will be communicated all details in your “Exhibitors Packet of Information” that is emailed to all our exhibitors each year.

- 6:30pm – MGMA Utah Awards Banquet (Sponsors and vendors may attend for an additional $50)

Exhibitor Fees for the Annual Conference
*Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to provide a door prize that will be given away after the breakout sessions. (Please contact the Association Administrator at office@umgma.com if you have questions regarding these prizes.) These drawings and a one-minute company introduction will be held at designated time at conference. This time and all information will be communicated to you in your “Exhibitors Packet of Information” specific to each annual conference.

Exhibitor Application Process
The following MUST be completed before exhibitor application is complete:
- Annual Conference Exhibitor Application
- Payment for booth fees and membership dues, as well as any additional sponsorships
- Become an Associate Member
- Code of Ethics, signed and returned (included in your membership application or renewal confirmation email)
- Exhibitor Contract, signed and returned (included in your exhibitor application email)
