• • • • Julie Laub is an award-winning educator, TEDx speaker, published author, and the Founder of Lean Think. She currently serves as an advanced chemistry teacher at Davis High School and an adjunct professor at Weber State University. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Utah and a Master of Arts in Teaching Science from Western Governors University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. With over a decade of experience in both scientific and educational leadership, Julie brings a unique perspective to process improvement. Through her workshops and online program, Success by Subtraction, she helps professionals streamline workflows, reduce burnout, and focus on what truly adds value. Her mission is to empower leaders—inside and outside the classroom—to achieve greater impact with less overextension.
