Featured Speaker: David Alsop
Topic: “Building a Culture of Success at the Apex of Engagement”
The employee experience has gone so far to the extreme, that businesses are folding due to destroyed profit. Since the industrial age, companies have needed unions and old school HR to control employees. We were too far on the side of company profits and human experience was horrible. Fast forward to the last 5 years in American business, and many companies are giving away all profits to employee demands gone wild. There is a better way, the X-Model, way to build and maintain a company and team culture that balances profit and people. When you find the balance, or the apex, between the two, both find extreme success. I shared experiences and an approach to turning around cultures, leading employees, and building high performing and engaged teams.
