You will be able to make reservations by calling the Zermatt Reservation Department at        1-866-937-6288Please identify yourself with one or all of the below information to receive the group’s special rates.  The room block will only be held until APRIL 16, 2018.

Please make your reservations as soon as you know the dates of your stay. The reservations specialists will be able to assist you through the reservations process. They can provide all the information for the different room types at the Zermatt Resort and the special rates available for your group. Please note that your special group rates are valid 3 days pre and post your above group dates.

1 night deposit is due at booking, balance is due at check out. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made 14days prior to your arrival date. Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable. Please note that our check in time is at 4PM and check out time is at 11AM.

**Conference dressis “Business Casual” for conference sessions Wednesday and Thursday.  Friday morning session is casual.

 In Getting Things Done®, we call this a “Someday/Maybe” list. You can call it whatever you want. But if you are going to decide not to decide about some items, you need to have a “decide not to decide” list or folder where these things reside.
